| Mr. Randolph has over ten years of experience in the construction arena. He has coordinated and supervised the construction of many single-family homes and developments throughout Palm Beach, Broward and Polk Counties. In 1999, Mr. Randolph worked collaboratively with the Young Men’s Progressive Club, the City of Delray Beach CDC and the TED Center to bring life back to the Lincoln Park Gardens subdivision (SW 13th Avenue, Delray Beach). This small development was once inundated with perishing multi-family units. It is now a beautiful neighborhood consisting of eight new single-family homes. Randolph & Dewdney Construction, Inc. has also worked with the City of Pompano Beach CRA, the Broward County Housing Authority and various contractors to complete Phase II of the Canal Pointe Subdivision. This affordable home development, located in Pompano Beach, Florida, consist of approximately 75 homes. Mr. Randolph has also spearheaded the construction of Swinton Gardens, located in Delray Beach, Florida. This quaint community was built in an astonishing six month construction schedule.
